(Which, of course, is all important!)<BR/><BR/>1 c. flour<BR/>1 c. oatmeal<BR/>3/4 c. brown sugar<BR/>1/2 tsp baking soda<BR/>1/4 tsp salt<BR/>3/4 c. melted butter<BR/>1 c. chocolate chips<BR/>1/2 c. nuts (opt)<BR/>3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping<BR/>3 Tbsp. flour<BR/><BR/>Grease 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine <BR/>1 c. flour, oats, sugar, soda, salt, & butter. blend well at low speed to form crumbs (add more flour if needed) Press half of crumbs into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Blend caramel with 3 Tbsp flour and then pour carmel mix back and forth over the chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Contimue baking 15-20 minutes.
